Try to imagine this scenario. Hillary Clinton does an interview with Sean Hannity. A loyal FOX viewer watches the interview and thinks, “Wow! Hillary seems like a good candidate. I’m voting for her!” Yeah, I can’t imagine it either.

Because FOX viewers will never vote for democrats. Never. To do so would require a complete repudiation of everything they are told by the channel they trust to “inform” them, as well as abandon the identity, fears, and prejudices FOX panders to. To vote for a democrat, they would have to stop being FOX viewers. Either that or they would have to accept the fact that FOX is lying or agree to be complicit in the destruction of America. Because FOX, in different styles and voices, is always saying the same thing: democrats will destroy America and republicans will save, protect and improve it.

A few people have said that they’ve been surprised at how FOX has been giving fairly favorable coverage to Barack Obama. But as you can see from FOX ATTACKS! Obama’s Staffer, this is just a blip. When I was doing the research for this video, I was also surprised that I wasn’t finding more attacks, but then I remembered their business shows. On FOX’s business shows, the message that is continuously pumped out all year, every year, is that democrats are socialists and/or communists, hate capitalism, hate entrepreneurs, hate the middle class, hate the wealthy, hate business, hate corporations, and will destroy America’s economy (and, as a result, America itself) through uncontrolled taxing and spending. I checked out Your World with Neil Cavuto and FOX’s Sunday “Cost of Freedom” lineup and, sure enough, they didn’t disappoint. Obama is a communist. He sounds like Hugo Chavez. Populism wins and America loses.

Yes, O’Reilly has been saying some nice things about Obama, probably because he’s desperate to get him on his show. But just wait.

Remember, Obama wants the US out of Iraq. In FOX world, that means that he is a surrender monkey, wants America to lose, wants the terrorists to win, and is inviting more terrorist attacks on American soil. That’s what they’ve been saying for years about ANYONE (including veterans and Ron Paul) who advocates the US leaving Iraq. Obama believes that current American foreign policy is creating more terrorists. That means he blames and hates America. Obama is a democrat — that means that he hates the troops. Obama is brown — that means he’s scary. Obama wants immigrants in the US to have a sensible path to citizenship — that means he wants to transform America into Mexico. He has some connections to Islam — that means he’s a potential terrorist. He disagrees with Bush policy — that means he has “Bush Derangement Syndrome”. It’s just a matter of time before the ridiculous and unfounded attacks on Obama (like the “controversies” about his flag pin or not covering his heart at one event during the pledge of allegiance) start up on the rest of FOX’s shows.

During the 2004 election, FOX viewers supported Bush over Kerry 88% to 7% when Bush barely won 51% of the vote. As Mark Mellman noted:

No demographic segment, other than Republicans, was as united in supporting Bush. Conservatives, white evangelical Christians, gun owners, and supporters of the Iraq war all gave Bush fewer votes than did regular Fox News viewers.
See where all this is going? This is what FOX is designed and created to do. Democrats have as good a chance of gaining voters on FOX as Obama does at a KKK rally. You’re not going to make friends and influence people at your mortal enemy’s headquarters.
